By placing an order on Tati Hut, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you buy.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after we verify it, usually by phone or message. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the address or phone number cannot be verified, or if we detect misuse such as repeated refused deliveries.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers can change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to it. Cash on delivery and online payment are both accepted.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are for illustration and slight variation in colour or packaging is possible. If an item is listed with an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, or holidays. Please keep your phone reachable so the courier can complete the delivery.

Returns and warranty

Returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are handled under our Return & Exchange policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from a delay or a defect.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
