Delivery time

Inside Dhaka, orders are usually delivered within 1–2 working days. Outside Dhaka, delivery normally takes 2–5 working days depending on your district and the courier serving your area. Orders placed on a holiday are processed the next working day.

Delivery charge

The delivery charge depends on your location and the size of the order. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order — there are no hidden charges added later.

Coverage

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners. If your area is hard to reach, the courier may ask you to collect the parcel from the nearest branch; we will let you know in advance if that applies.

Order tracking

Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an SMS with tracking details. You can also contact us with your order number at any time and we will check the status for you.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot reach you, they will normally attempt delivery again or hold the parcel at their local branch. Please keep your phone reachable so the delivery is not delayed or returned.
